Ripplemap is operated by BrosCo Designs. It is provided as-is for creating and sharing mind maps. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the content you create and for anyone you invite to a shared map.
You own the maps you create. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us only the permission necessary to store and display your content so the app can function, such as syncing it to your devices and to people you share a link with.
Do not use Ripplemap to store or share unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in the app; your plan remains active until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may change with notice for future billing periods.
If you cancel or your subscription lapses, your maps are not deleted. Paid features such as cloud sync and additional projects become unavailable until you resubscribe.
If something goes wrong or you are unhappy with a charge, email admin.dev@broscodesigns.com and we will review your request in good faith.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change or be discontinued. We recommend exporting important maps periodically using the export tools in the app.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
